We got a room with bathtubs.

Large cockroach in room. Staff was clueless. Loud talking going on every night all night. Room key was shut off every night. Twice my room was given to someone else while I was still in it.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional.I was very disappointed when I arrived and took a look around.It was dirty,ghetto and way overpriced!!

The breakfast is complimentary, and the staff ensures it's well-stocked and kept relatively clean here.

The staff was very kind, helpful and outgoing. The staff was amazing to be honest. They were some of the nicest and most helpful staff I have encountered while staying in a hotel.

The surrounding area, some of the guest were obviously up to no good, prostitution, drugs and shady looking / acting

This was a great stay on vacation, great prices. Loved the room with a/c, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous - within a walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The area was nice, a cozy base for me.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to South Sacramento, with easy access to large department stores, chain restaurants, freeways. The local staff were extremely friendly and excellent. I booked a large, updated room with a full-sized refrigerator, a 2-burner stove, and a rollaway bed. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay on vacation.

The location was right off the freeway in an industrial area. The Arden Mall was close by which has plenty of restaurants and a movie theater.

My original room was suppose to be non-smoking but the last guest obviously smoked in the room. Staff took care of it right away and gave me a new room. Could be a little noisy depending on which side of the hotel you stayed on.

I liked the the whole feel of the room. Spacious, and the young woman that worked the front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help the lady and her young son in front of me get settled in with everything they would need and as soon as I entered my room I received a courtesy call asking me if I was satisfied with the room and reminded me of the office hours incase I needed anything. Overall I was impressed to say the least.

The only complaint I would have would be the fact I was on the 3rd floor and this facility had one elevator, but not complaining, I needed the exercise.

Well-priced hotel located in a nice area close to the mall, Cal Expo, and numerous restaurants. Rooms with 1 bed. Great selection of breakfast goodies.

I enjoyed my stay at ur hotel. I m homeless at the moment but ur hotel help me feel like I at least had a roof over my head and a warm place to sleep.

Bigger menu for breakfast and the laundry, dryera didn't dry on first go around

The place was pretty clean, and our room was pretty spacious. 🧼 The room came with a bathtub, which was nice. The friendly staff welcomed us warmly.
